Public Integrative Restorative (iRest) Yoga Nidra Meditation: Everyone welcome, 5:30 – 6:30 PM Tuesdays.

Class Information: Your experience will be better if you refrain from eating at least one-hour before class. Arrive 5 – 10 minutes early to settle in. Bring a yoga mat or towel to stand/sit on and something to cover up with in order to stay warm if lying on the floor. A limited number of mats, chairs, cushions and blankets are available on a first-come-first-served basis. Mats may be rented for $1. You may find you’d prefer to sit on a chair during some practices. o props are necessary for Wake Me Up Yoga℠ sessions but you are welcome to bring any props you already use such as block or strap, a cushion to sit on or an eye pillow if you have one. Classes begin and end on time.

iRest (Integrative Restorative) Yoga Nidra Meditation. 5:30 - 6:30 pm. Everyone welcome. Come experience the evidence-based iRest method of self-inquiry and mindfulness, for relaxation, dealing with major life changes, pain management, emotional health and self-awareness. Levels 1-2. Traditional Hatha Yoga. 9:30 - 10:30 AM. Breathing practices and asana (postures) with body and breath sensing and may also include mantra (sound), mudra (hand gestures), visualization, meditation. Gain strength, flexibility, clarity, calm, and more.
Level 2. Traditional Hatha Yoga. 5:30 - 6:30 PM. All of the above at a more advanced level. Prior experience necessary to taking this class. Email julie@wakemeupyoga.com with questions or call 505 803 5480.

Note: If you have never had a yoga class before or if it has been a while since you've practiced, you should strongly consider scheduling a private lesson with Julie. Private classes include centering, building inner resources, postures, breathing, meditations, building strength, balance, flexibility and more, tailored to your specific needs as well as readiness for entering public classes if that is a goal.
Prices for Public Group Classes:: Drop-in - $12.00; 5-class package - $ 50; 10-class package $ 90.
Privates Sessions: 1 hr/$70 and 30 Min/$40 adjustable with multiple sessions.
